Sandbox Refresh and Release Previews

SuiteFeedback uses a unique Master Password linked to your specific NetSuite Account ID. When we issue a license, it's tied to accounts like 123456 and 123456_SB1. Occasionally, different passwords are generated by our licensing system, resulting in distinct passwords for each account.

However, this can cause issues when you refresh your Sandbox environment, as it breaks the association between the Account ID and the password. To resolve this, you'll need to update the Master Password to match the one associated with SB_1, SB_2, etc. The same issue can occur with Release Preview accounts. If this happens, simply request a password for your Release Preview account, and we’ll update your license accordingly.
